First time here and I got the beef tomato soup & my friend got the spicy beef noodle one and both of the soup itself was good. The service was quick and helpful, and the food came out REALLY fast. They have instructions for you of what items to put in first and all. put them in slowly, and then put in the noodles last for 10 seconds, and then enjoy. I thought the meat and soup was the best part. I wish there were more veggies but besides that, it was fine. There's a parking lot outside and the restaurant is near a yogurt store.

This place should really be called thirty second Yunnan rice noodle because you want to take your time and not spill the food when you dump them in. Otherwise it's great portions, fun to eat, and I'm a big fan of the beef it's really well-cooked. I recommend the fish also. And try all the soups since you don't know which one you'll like. Service is good enough which if you've eaten at enough Asian restaurants will know is lower priority than good food that comes out at a reasonable time.

3.5 stars rounded up. Quality/Quantity - I like the concept and appreciated this experience. Chicken Mushroom Rice Noodles $16.49 - My daughter's and my favorite broth of the three. Seafood Ramen Noodles $17.49 - If I paid more attention to your business name, I would have ordered the rice noodle, but am glad I did NOT. As I felt my ramen held up much better in the broth. I prefer a firmer noodle, so I got lucky and made the right choice. Fish Maw Chicken Rice Noodle $18.49 - Did they forget the fish maw...? See picture. Or is that the type of broth? Anyways, my least favorite broth of the three. My daughter also got a boba milk tea. Atmosphere - Cool small local (franchise) restaurant. Cool decor throughout, see pictures. They were blasting their music so loud. I know I am young and hip, but I find it hard to eat when the music is so loud and I can't hear the people next to me. Plenty of mall parking as they are tucked away in a center corner. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 8pm. I also like the "Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodle Story" written on your window. Too bad I did not read it until I was finally writing this review. It would have been nice the share the story with our guest. Service - Little to no service. After they took our order, we NEVER saw them again. We even had to flag them down to get our check to pay and leave. I would have liked some instructions on suggested ways to eat these types of meals? Do you put it all in at once? Cook a little at a time? Any suggestions or best practices? LOL, I just reviewed one of my pictures and found the directions on how to eat this. And believe it or not, I did it exactly as recommended! What about the different broths? Where was the information on that? I just checked your website and could not find any information there either. Price - $65 + tip. Reasonably priced for what we got. Well, more for my daughter and guest. They both were only able to eat half of their food. I finished mine. Price also includes 25¢ for each to-go container and 10¢ for a bag. Owner Comment - I just found out my daughter is a regular here. Yet she has never taken me once... Congrats on your success since 2019.

Our 19th hole lunch spot. It was crowded but we were able to sit on a high table of 8 with high chairs. The soup was tasty and most of us ordered mild since this was our first time. You get a tray with all your ingredients in little dishes to put into your broth. I felt like it was a hot pot lunch and you just add all the little dishes into your broth to cook. Waitress said for us to add the noodles last. We ordered the rice noodle and the other choice was ramen noodle. Enjoyed the experience. Food was good. You get a complimentary small dish of rice fun noodle. Ordered the Chicken Mushroom and the Beef Brisket with tomato broth. Service was good and felt clean and comfortable. They automatically charge 18% tip for 5 or more people. They also charge for containers and the bag if you decide to take home leftovers. Seems lots of restaurants are doing this now?

We came very early before our flight and the broths are flavorful and hearty. You put together the bowl of food and can enjoy rather quickly. The skewers are also pretty delicious. It's a good ppace to try out in the area!

Yunnan Over the Bridge Rice Noodles has centuries old history and if you enjoy southern Chinese cuisine, it's definitely worth your while to try this iconic dish out. It's all the ingredients of a noodle soup presented to you disassembled and you put it together yourself. The bowl finishes cooking at your seat. I went with Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, which had a mild, milky, and delicate broth. I really loved it, but if you prefer intense flavors, go for the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles, which is what the hubby got. The braised brisket is tender, the perfect amount of fatty and chew, and really flavorful. Star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and fennel notes are strong. The online menu says the bowl comes with 10 side dishes: corn, quail egg, chives, wood ear fungus, snow fungus, ham, bean curd stick, preserved cabbage, red onion, and lettuce. But we didn't get the red onion and instead got dried goji, and in place of preserved cabbage, raw lettuce. One of the side items you get is what appears to be a pungent minced meat sauce. I recommend that you taste test it to see if you like it before you add it to your soup bowl. It is a bit of an acquired taste and may not be for everyone. For appetizer we tried the Chinese Miao Style Beef, which was blackened jerky beef tossed in sesame seeds. I wasn't a fan, but the hubby said it was okay. It's basically savory beef jerky. Neither one of us would get it again. Not the best bowl of noodles you can get in town (personally I prefer pho, Lanzhou pulled noodles, even ramen), but overall a fun experience worth trying at least once.

I was immediately convinced to try this place out when I saw the presentation of the food. Stopped by for Saturday lunch and there was no wait but already a good amount of customers just 30 mins after opening. That's always a good sign. We got the kimchi beef rice noodle, pork cartilage rice noodle, and a side of calamari. Service was quick and food came shortly after. The soups come piping hot. There were instructions on the menu on what goes in first: protein, egg, lettuce, and then everything else. Noodles are added last and stirred for 10 seconds (hence the name of the restaurant). Both soups were delicious and very fulfilling. Good amount of protein and a decent portion. However the pieces of pork cartilages were very tough and dry. I would probably get another meat option next time. Calamari was seasoned well but slightly too salty. Very crispy and flavorful. It was a fun experience and a cool concept. I felt like I was in a cooking class. I will definitely be back again!

The first time I tried Ten Seconds, I was not impressed. That was back when they first opened. My partner has convinced me to give it another try today, and I have to say, they have kind of redeemed themselves in my book. This time, we went on a Friday around 5:30PM for an early dinner. We were one of the first ones there for the dinner hour. There's a good amount of bar seats, and a handful of tables to choose from, but as other reviews says, I suppose with the mix of bar seats and regular tables, it could get a bit squishy since the noodles and dishes are served on a lot of plates and trays. This time, I opted for their Pork Cartilage Rice Noodles. My partner got their Pickled Cabbage & Fish Fillet Rice Noodles. We shared two appetizers, the Salt & Pepper Chicken Cartilage, and the Spicy Tripe. I also decided to give their Super Kumquat Lemon (Seasonal) tea a go. Being the first table to be seated, our food came really quickly. The soup served piping hot so that you can cook/continue to cook your ingredients. I know the first time I came here, I thought their ingredients portion was skimpy, and this time I had thought the same, BUT I came to realize that the important ingredients that COUNT for this dish was pretty generous - particularly the Pork Cartilage. Wow, that was a lot of pork. I love me some good crunchy cartilages. I did wish they gave more cartilage than the actual meat, but it was a good mix. I also thought they didn't skimp on veggies, which was great. I particularly liked the goji berries and chives. The goji berries were delightfully sweet, and I think they help cut the saltiness of the appetizers. On to the appetizers - the Salt & Pepper Chicken Cartilage was amazing. This was highly recommended by my partner. The amount they gave was generous! Much bigger size compared to yakitori places. But I guess it's not really comparable since it's made totally differently. I think these cartilages were flash fried and coated with salt and pepper, but they were crunchy and delicious. It's on the saltier side and provides a nice little kick. Would definitely recommend this if you love cartilages. I also really liked the Spicy Tripe. As indicated by the name of the dish, it is spicy, but tolerable (even for someone like me who doesn't do spicy often). Again, very generous amount for an appetizer. It's spicy, but also refreshing because it's served cold. I definitely enjoyed the appetizers more than I enjoyed the main dish, but that's just me. Lastly, their drink - the Super Kumquat Lemon! I was a little worried they'll make it too sweet, but surprisingly, the tea flavor comes through nicely. And it's just mildly sweet. The kumquat and lemon is subtle, but the overall drink is very refreshing and helps cut the heat of the appetizers and my main dish. Portion size is huge too. I was beginning to wonder if I should just come here for their drinks since I love citrus-y drinks. All in all, a pretty enjoyable dinner! Service was not bad. There wasn't much conversation going on, but they came to take away our trays once they were emptied since they knew it takes a lot of space. And they provided extra napkins without us asking (a small plus there - they know we need them, haha)! Portion sizes are big. Next time, we decided we'll share a noodle dish and order more appetizer instead. We were carrying our bellies out by the door, haha.

We couldn't find it!!!! We used apple map and it took us to a residential area! Later I was told we have to use Google map. So be aware of that. If you couldn't find it, it's right across from Safeway. Food quality is good. The broth stays hot temperature for a long time with the stone pot. Chicken cartilage is crunchy with a chew. Service is decent.

"This place Is poppin!" As we always like to say. It's always busy and lots of people visit. This is my favorite noodle shop and the food is just delicious. My general go to soups are: Pickled Cabbage Fish Rice Noodles Tomato Beef Brisket Depending on my mood, the tomato beef brisket tends to be a heavier soup and the pickled cabbage fish soup tends to be lighter! Also, the teas and calamari are delicious! The price is a bit pricy but with all the other steep prices for noodles around, this one is a good deal for the quantity.
